My Approach
My approach combines compassion with honesty. I’ll listen carefully and help you look at things from new angles — not to “fix” you, but to understand what’s been shaping your experience. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of feeling more at ease and find ways to move forward that feels realistic and meaningful for you.
Some people come wanting practical tools for day-to-day life; others want to explore deeper experiences of past events. However we work, my aim is to help you find relief, to live well and move towards a life that feels more balanced, joyful and free.

Fees & Availability
- Free 10-minute consultation – by arrangement
- Individual therapy: £60/hour, £30/additional 30 mins
- Supervision: £75/90 mins, £25/additional 30 mins
- Availability: Weekday evenings (6–8 PM), Friday mornings (8 AM–2 PM)
